Job Description
1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children
2. Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources
3. Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children&rsquos abilities
4. Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children
5. Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information
6. Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion
7. Participate in other related activities and events held by the school
Requirements
1. Native English speaker
2. Bachelor's degree or above required (education related majors preferred)
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification
4. Clear criminal background check
5. At least wo years of previous teaching experience in kindergarten
Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary 26,000 to 31,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications
