Job Description
1. Collaborate with the Head of Arts to plan and review curriculum based on student needs
2. Develop and deliver courses aligned with exam board requirements (e.g., IGCSE), including preparation and supervision of assessments
3. Attend departmental meetings to discuss teaching, learning, and student progress
4. Engage in peer observation and share best practices
5. Take part in school duties such as corridor or event supervision
6. Manage performing arts resources effectively
7. Ensure health and safety standards in all performance-related activities, including risk assessments
8. Support target-setting and contribute to the annual department report
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above in related majors
2.Clear criminal background check
3.Minimum 2 year of previous teaching experience in related fields required
4.Formal teaching qualification required
5.Experience of IGCSE students will be beneficial.
Salary and Benefits
1.Base salary 22,000 to 27,000 RMB (before tax) per month based on experience and qualifications
2.Housing allowance:
For Single- 8,000 RMB per month
For candidate with dependents- 10,000 RMB per month
