Job Description
1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children&rsquos abilities
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children
5.Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information
6.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above required
2. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification
3. Clear criminal background check
4. Previous teaching experience in kindergartens preferred
5. IB experience preferred
Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary 22,000 to 26,000 RMB per month before tax or more, based on experience and qualifications
2. Single apartment or housing allowance 2,000 RMB per month
3. Work visa provided

6. Contract renewal bonus up to 3,000 RMB available
7. Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays
