Job Description
1.Provide day-to-day instructional excellence to each student following curriculum
2.Implement and model high standards of work practice and review, critically reflecting, and evaluating own practice
3.Show great individual care and support for the students, promoting learning styles that cater to individual differences to provide engagement in rigorous, relevant, and significant learning
4.Establish clear instructional objectives, utilizing core teaching resources and supplementary materials
6.Assess and analyze student progress to inform instruction and provide constructive feedback to promote students&rsquo progress towards standards
7.Work cooperatively with fellow-staff members and administrators as it pertains to specific grade levels and programs
8.Attend staff meetings, teacher workdays and professional development activities as assigned or recommended
9.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal or Head of Department
Requirements
1.Master&rsquos Degree or above (in subject related majors preferred)
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification
3.Clear criminal background check
4.A minimum 2 years of previous subject related teaching experience in a school setting
5.Qualified teaching status preferred
Salary and Benefits
1.Base salary 200,000 to 400,000 RMB annually (based on qualification and experience)
