Job Description
1.To teach the curriculum established by the school, integrating the curriculum with the school's Educational Objectives
2.To take the responsibility of designing lesson plans that demonstrate a clear connection between instruction and the curriculum established by the school, selecting and using school-approved teaching strategies and classroom resources, implementing teaching research
3.To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the students in supporting their learning, encouraging students' creative thinking and promote critical inquiry
4.To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues and the community
5.To provide both written reports (termly) and informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the students
6.To Create a safe, orderly and supportive classroom atmosphere that is conducive to effective teaching and learning
7.Other duties as reasonably required by the Principal of International Division
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above (in Education or other subject related fields)
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification
3.Clear criminal background check
4.A minimum 3 years of subject related A-Level/IB teaching experience
5.Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school&rsquos curriculum, strategic plans and policies
6.QTS/PGCE/US Teaching license or other equivalent teaching certificates are highly preferred

1.Salary around 30,000RMB - 33,000RMB before tax negotiable based on experience and qualifications
