Job Description
1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan
2.Organize learning material and resources
3.Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children&rsquos abilities
4.Keep a positive and active learning environment for children
5.Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
6.Assess student performance and progress
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school
Requirements
1.Bachelor&rsquos Degree or above
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification
3.Clear criminal background check
4.At least 2 years teaching experience as a classroom teacher
5.Early childhood education related background or experience preferred
Salary and Benefits
1.Salary package range from 24,000 to 25,000 RMB before tax per month based on experience and qualifications
2.Housing allowance 8,000 RMB
